I can't remember my Username.

Do NOT create a new account!  You will have to go through the audition process again and will loose your referral links and fan club base!!!

Contact us for your username and you can then retrieve your password. 

My upload speed is too slow.

You can check you upload speed by typing 'what is my upload speed' into your search engine.

You will need a minimum of 2Mbps upload speed to present.

Speak to your internet provider to increase your upload speed.

I have deleted my notification app and want to re install it but the message says 'You've already redeemed this offer'
