Live Solutions: this is just the beginning of our plans for world domination

After debuting three years ago, the casino table games platform provider is looking to make headway into the US’ igaming ecosystem during 2023, with expansion further south also being sought by the group under a widespread expansion project.

To do so, Live Solutions is looking to swell its content range, with Houareau having suggested that the likes of Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Sic Bo, 32 Card, Casino Hold’em and 3 Card Poker will be “coming to a screen near you very soon”.

This would bolster a gaming suite that currently stands at 16 games and that includes Blackjack, European Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Asian Baccarat, Craps, Dragon Tiger and Fan Tan.

“Our product is different from other live products in many ways,” Houareau began upon being quizzed one what makes the company’s live dealer products stand-out amid much competition.

“Firstly, the outcome of the games is determined by random number generators rather than physical casino equipment, meaning our hosts have no hand in the outcome of the games. Also, our live presenters do not work from studios.

“WE SAY WE HAVE THE LARGEST CASINO FLOOR IN THE WORLD, AND WE DO”

“Another key difference is that the players are also video-streamed and can talk to each other and the table host, making for an experience that’s just like a land-based casino.

“The use of video rather than text for chatting means nobody types out their messages, and everyone engages in conversations with each other naturally.

“Casino operators also get to join their players at the tables. This is really useful for them because they might use this personal contact for VIP management or compliance functions, which are much more easily carried out face-to-face.

“We say we have the largest casino floor in the world, and we do, with 3,500 table hosts speaking 45 languages. Unlike live dealers, our product is infinitely scalable as we’re not restricted by studio space, meaning more players can get onto tables without queuing.”

In addition to having heaped much praise on the group’s streaming capabilities and tech usage, Live Solutions’ CEO also touched upon a belief that “our games are much more natural to play”.

This, Houareau continued, is due the social aspects that mimics the engagement at a brick-and-mortar casino table, rather than “wasting time” to type out. “It just feels so much more relaxed,” it was said.

On the compliance front, it is asserted that the human eyeball, in the form of the group’s network of presenters, is “still far more effective than any algorithm” when it comes to player management, in detecting signs of player distress, bad behaviour, or anything else that causes concern.

“FACE-TO-FACE INTERACTION IS STILL THE MOST EFFECTIVE AND ACCURATE WAY TO DEAL WITH ISSUES SUCH AS COMPLIANCE, AGE VERIFICATION AND GAMBLING PROBLEMS”

“Face-to-face interaction is still the most effective and accurate way to deal with issues such as compliance, age verification and gambling problems,” he stated.

Subsequently, attention turned to that of operators, and a Control Room facility that enables such actors to access full reporting and instant replays of any round at any time.

“They can set betting limits in a granular way, either for their entire site or individual players,”  Houareau explained. “Operators can add their own users using the access control systems for their staff and setting privileges.

“They can manage the branding with card back design and table logos for as many brands as they have. From the control room, operator staff can also either look down at their tables like an ‘Eye in the Sky’ or visit their tables and chat face-to-face with their players.”

To conclude, attention turned to the future as Houareau elaborated on company ambitions through the remainder of the year: “We’re expanding into the US and South America during 2023, which is just the beginning of our plans for world domination.

“Our product makes it easy to service any market as we provide multiple languages, offer free, fast integration and cover all currencies including all kinds of crypto.

“Players wanting a smooth, fun and engaging live casino experience should take a seat at our tables, where there’ll be a warm welcome awaiting them and, best of all, no queue for the action.”
